We help build or improve their own drone programmes.

Whether you intend to go as complex as an offshore oil and gas capability, or as simple as creative shots on a consumer-grade system, we ensure you are equipped to do this safely, efficiently and effectively.

Core Services
What we do

Our work falls into five primary categories, each addressing a different stage of how organisations evaluate, build, and sustain a drone programme:

    • Market Research Report

    • Equipment Comparison Brief

    • Procurement Brief

    • Vendor Assessment

    • Operational Feasibility Study

  • We assess your current drone capability or programme against a defined standard and tell you where the gaps are.

    Example of Deliverables:

    • Gap Analysis

    • Corrective Action Plan

    • Equipment and Operations Review

  • We translate regulatory requirements into plain language and help you understand where you stand and what you need to do.

    Example of Deliverables:

    • Compliance Gap Report

    • Regulatory Summary Note

    • Submission-ready Documentation

    • Compliance Checklist

  • We build the policies, procedures, and documentation your organisation needs to operate drones safely and accountably.

    Example of Deliverables:

    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    • Drone Operations Manual

    • Safety Management Framework

    • Staff Responsibilities Matrix

    • Incident Reporting Templates

Value Proposition
How we’re different

Most other drone-related companies provide operational, procurement and training services. We focus on what happens inside your organisation: the governance, the capability gaps, the documentation, the readiness - that's where most drone programmes either succeed or quietly fall apart.

Angkasa focuses on three main value propositions:

  1. Knowledge: We research, source, filter and present information with one goal in mind: actionable insights.

  2. Objectivity: If our research and experience tells us it’d be beneficial, we’ll tell you, and if it doesn’t, we can be honest about it. Your interests come first - and we structure every project to ensure this will always be the case.

  3. Cost-Effectiveness: We utilise an on-demand consultancy team, connecting people with hands-on local and regional enterprise-level UAS experience. In other words, you get exactly what you ask for, and full value for what you pay for.

Clientele
Who we work with

We work with businesses navigating drone adoption for the first time or those that have already invested in UAS and need help making it stick: operationally, structurally, and on paper.

Industries we serve:

  • Construction: Site surveys, progress monitoring, volumetric measurement

  • Oil & Gas: Asset inspection, flare stack surveys, pipeline monitoring

  • Media & Content: Aerial cinematography, event coverage, location scouting

  • Security: Perimeter surveillance, crowd monitoring, rapid area assessment

  • Agriculture: Crop health mapping, land surveys, irrigation planning

  • Maritime: Vessel inspection, coastal monitoring, port security

  • Utilities & Infrastructure: Power line inspection, infrastructure surveys

Note on Deliverables: Engagements are scoped to your needs and may include written assessments, gap analyses, policy and SOP documents, capability roadmaps, or advisory sessions. All engagements include a written record or final report. Timelines vary by scope, from a few days for a basic equipment review to several weeks for deeper works such as SOP development.
